Most diagnostic blood panels are reported within 48 hours. Genetic tests take 10–15 business days due to laboratory processing. You will be notified by email as soon as results are ready.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is needed for most of our tests and services. You can book directly through us. For certain clinical procedures (such as ERA), coordination with your treating specialist is required — we handle this on your behalf.
Where do I go for sample collection?
Sample collection is done at our Sandton office at Sinosteel Plaza, 159 Rivonia Rd. Home collection can be arranged for certain tests — please enquire when booking.
Is my health data kept confidential?
Absolutely. We are fully POPIA compliant. Your genetic and health data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than your direct clinical care.
Can I order tests online?
Yes — our full testing catalogue is available on our Shopify store at renewedhealthsa.com. For tests requiring in-person sample collection, we will contact you to arrange an appointment after your order.
How do IV drip appointments work?
All IV drip sessions are by appointment only at our Sandton office. A brief health screening is conducted before every session. Sessions take approximately 45–60 minutes. Email us to book.
